The Biggest loser Season 13 Week 11 – Individual’s Competition

The Tuesday’s episode of the biggest loser had less of drama and more of entertainment. Though there were fewer shocks for the contestants there was no compromise in terms of workouts and challenges. The contestants were told that they would be competing as individuals from now on and it would be an individual’s competition. Singles in the ranch were a little intimidated as they were told that there would be a yellow line which means that they are responsible for their individual performance in the show.

The theme for this week was ‘I don’t believe in myself’. The nine singles in the ranch sweat it out with the biggest loser trainers to be well above the yellow line. Everyone is seen sticking to the biggest loser workout big time and no one wants to lose it at this stage. There is a tug of war challenge thrown at the contestants and those who use the rope to get to the side and press a button first would get to go shopping with the celebrity Jessica Simpson, who would be seen on the show promoting her new Fashion Star show. The game had many rounds and each contestant who won the consecutive rounds also got prizes. They were excited as there was an option to exchange the gifts with each other.
Jeremy wins the game and like a sweet brother decides to exchange his prize with his sister Conda. Conda gets to take a friend along with and she chooses to take Kim with her for shopping along with Jessica Simpson. Jessica encourages them to keep up the good work on the show and asks them to pick up any outfit they want as they get to attend a fashion show. They have a gala time with Jessica.
Meanwhile, Bob and Dolvett are giving the contestants a tough time during the workout sessions. Bob Harper wants Emily to pull up her socks as he feels she has lot of potential and also asks her to train him on Olympic power lifting. Here, the roles of the trainer and trainee get reversed and Bob proves why he is the most sought out trainer.
Dolvett Quince also does his best so that the contestants do not fall below the yellow line and he takes Kimmie to an indoor climbing wall and tries to make her confront with her fear of heights. Everyone prepares themselves for the final weigh-in round and two contestants namely Emily and Kimmie come below the set yellow line and Emily gets eliminated with five votes.
Kim and Conda vote for Kimmie whereas Megan, Chris and Jeremy vote for Emily. Mark has two votes and he votes for Emily too. So, Emily goes out of the ranch but she says she would continue to stick to exercises and diet to lead a healthier life.
