The Biggest Loser Season 13 Week 15 – Workout with the First Lady

The fifteenth episode of the biggest loser show was the continuation of the fun makeover episode of last week and the contestants got to meet the First Lady, Michelle Obama at last and they were excited to work out along with her. She was very down to earth and mingled well with contestants and the biggest loser trainers, Bob and Dolvett.
The contestants were thrilled to meet her in person and Michelle Obama showed her liking for the show. She knew everything about each of the contestant and the contestants were also thoroughly inspired by her well toned arms and well maintained body. She told them about the ‘Let’s Move’ initiative which fights against childhood obesity and the contestants start to workout with their children, family members and the First Lady. They all have a nice time but were apprehensive about sweating it out on the expensive oriental rugs in the White House.

The First Lady was quite chilled out and spent time discussing on the Presidential Active Lifestyle Award for which anyone can sign up for in the name of his or her favorite contestant. The contestants are grateful and content to have done a workout which is different from the biggest loser workout as they had the First Lady for company.

Back in the hotel at DC, Chris gets a call from her husband and her emotional drama begins after her husband tells that he is missing her. She starts crying and starts downing a jar of mayonnaise. She has a one to one chat with Bob during her exercises and promises not to let things go out of hand and stay on track.
Then comes the weigh in which Jeremy comes at the top with a weight loss of 11 pounds whereas Kim and Chris come below the yellow line. Conda escapes in spite of getting a one pound disadvantage after the last week’s challenge. Though Kim is a strong contestant whose stay at the ranch threatens the others, she is not eliminated this week. Instead, Chris who underwent a bout of emotional eating is eliminated and she continues to workout at her home along with her family members. Chris weighed 240 pounds in the beginning of the show and is now down to 156 pounds losing 84 odd pounds. She is determined to lose weight even after getting eliminated.

Next week is said to be even more entertaining as it is going to be the biggest loser contestant walk-off episode.
