The biggest loser first week

The biggest loser season 12 has been started and there are many new things have been seen in the first week of the show. The new format has been followed in the show, the new trainers have been appointed and the new contestants have been participating in the show. New 15 contestants in the show will be divided into 3 teams according to their age group. In the first week, it has been observed that the contestants are very exciting to play the games and get success in them. All the contestants in the biggest loser first week are rivaling with each other to win the first contest. The biggest loser trainers will help the contestants in achieving their fitness goal.
The challenge that has been given to the contestants in the first week will allow team to choose the trainer. Whichever team wins the game, the chance of choosing the trainer has been given to that team. The team who will come at the second place in this completion can choose the trainer from other two. It is natural that every team wants to choose the trainer Bob Harper as he is a proven biggest loser trainer. Youngsters have chosen Dolvett as their trainer and seniors have taken clues from Anna. Alison, the biggest loser season 12 host has made an announcement at the end of the season that all of the 15 contestants will come together in the similar spot of desert for doing obligatory marathon.
One more thing has been cleared in the announcement that whoever wins the marathon is in the finals. This is a new twist in the biggest loser season 12. Contestants are very happy to choose the trainer themselves once they finish the competition. All the three trainers in the show will apply their own techniques to help contestants in achieving the weight loss and fitness goal.
